How can I qualify for this membership?

Go online, fill out the form, and purchase the membership of your choice.

How does your membership work?

Once you select your choice of membership, the discount benefits will be applied to your account. You are allowed two discounted treatments per month with the exception of Teeth Whitening, where you are allowed a maximum of one treatment due to teeth sensitivity risks.

What are your discounts on the membership?

There are two membership programs: Premium Membership which affords you a 50% discount on Body Sculpting & Skin Tightening treatments and 30% off all other services, and the Platinum Membership, which affords you a 75% Discount on all Body Sculpting & Skin Tightening treatments and 40% off all other services.

Whats the contract term for the membership?

One full calendar year.

What is your refund policy on the membership?

No Refunds after the first treatment.

Can I spread out my membership payments over time?

YES, you can apply to Care Credit, which has timed payment plans.

Can my membership be transferred to my family member?

Memberships can not be transferred, however, you are allowed 8 “Bring a friend treatments” per year with all our memberships. You can assign your membership benefit to a family member or friend to give them a total of 8 discounted treatments over the full calendar year.

Someone gave me the membership as a gift; I want to give it to my wife/husband or anyone else; can this be done?

YES, you will need to send a formal email requesting the one-time change. Once done, it will not be reversible.

Can my membership fees be refunded?

No refunds after the first treatment.

Where can I find my membership number?

Your Membership Number will be emailed to you once you purchase.

How do I update my membership profile?

You can send an email to us at avalon@avalonbodysculpting.com and we can assist with it.

Once I sign up for membership online, how do I see the discounted pricing?

You will be sent an exclusive pricing List by emai for the membership you signed up forl.

Once I become a member, will I be able to make online bookings for my body sculpting/skin tightening needs?

You will need to call in to make a booking so we can set a priority appointment for you.

Are there any products discounted for the members?

Products are not discounted, only services are discounted

What if I want to have sessions over multiple areas?

You can discuss with your Aesthetician to develop a plan for the different areas. Note your discounts are only on 2 treatments per month; any more, will be at original pricing.

Can my friends or family use my membership?

Your Membership allows you 8 “Bring a friend treatments” per year with all our memberships. You can assign your membership benefit to a family member or friend for them to avail a total of 8 discounted treatments.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time however you will only receive a refund if you have not performed any service.

What if I have an emergency and need to cancel my appointment/booking?

You are normally allowed to cancel an appointment within 24 Hours notice, however individual emergencies are taken into consideration.

Can I freeze my membership if I am travelling?

You can only freeze your membership once per year and no longer than 28 days.

Is there a fee for missing an appointment?

YES, you will be assessed a $20 fee per occurance, which will be added to your next service bill.
